Still doing my usual loop

I do the same 45-minute loop before work and don't really have time to make it longer. Thought I'd give this a try. The first morning I left every pouch in, got halfway up the hill and decided that was a bit ambitious. Took some out for the next walk. I've found a weight I like now and mostly just leave it alone. Biggest surprise is that I actually remember to put it on. Keeping it next to the shoes helps.

Better use of my money

Taking my time with it

My daughter bought this for me. I'm 64 and already walk most mornings. I started with the pouches out and didn't rush to put them back. It's easy enough to change the weight sitting at the kitchen table before I leave. The buckles are fairly easy for me to manage too. Fits over my walking clothes

I'm 5'4 and was worried the straps would be miles too long. Took a bit of adjusting but it sits pretty well on me. I wear it over a tshirt, not against my skin. Will it fit me?

One adjustable size, black. It's a harness, not a garment — shoulder straps and side buckle straps cinch it to any frame from petite to XXL, over a T-shirt or a jacket. The side buckles pull the waist band tight enough for a small frame and let it out for a large one. No size chart, no measuring tape, no "should I go medium or large." If it doesn't sit right after a few walks, send it back inside 30 days.

Does it come with all the weights?

Every single one. Light ships with six 1 lb pouches, Core with six 2 lb packs, Heavy with eight. Every pack for your model is included in the price. You open the box and you have the full range.

What if I don't use it?

Send it back. You have 30 days from delivery, for any reason, for a refund of the purchase price. Light ships back free. On Core and Heavy the return label cost is deducted unless the item is defective. We built the walk test because the closet is where most vests end up — we'd rather take it back than have you look at it. Details on the shipping & returns page.

How fast does it ship?

From a US warehouse. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–3 business days after that — plan on 3–5 business days door to door. Shipping to the contiguous US is free through Oct 31 (normally a $4.90 flat rate); $19.90 to the other countries we ship to. We can't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO/FPO or PO boxes.
